FOUNDER
Ellen Harrison, LE, Laser Tech
Ellen received her education and advanced specialty training in Palm Desert, California, where she developed a strong foundation in skin health and medical aesthetics. From the beginning of her career, she knew she had found her true passion: helping others feel confident, cared for, and beautiful in their own skin.
With over 8 years of experience in medical aesthetics and more than 10 years in healthcare, Ellen has continued to grow her expertise through ongoing education and hands-on training. She has also had the privilege of training others in the industry, sharing her knowledge, techniques, and passion for delivering safe, thoughtful, and results-focused care.
After beginning her journey in California, Ellen brought her expertise back to her hometown in the Midwest to create a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and never judged.
At XEL, Ellen’s goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where every client feels heard, cared for, and confident leaving as the best version of themselves. Your well-being is always her priority.
Outside of the clinic, Ellen enjoys quality time with family, making memories with her niece Coco, and spending time with her dog George, who keeps life fun and adventurous!

Lexi Harrison-Jones, APNP-BC, RN, BSN, CANS
Lexi is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Specialist focusing on the rejuvenation of the skin through injectables and healthy skincare routines. Lexi is a Wisconsin native and obtained her nursing license from Edgewood College in Madison and continued on at Concordia University for her Nurse Practitioner License. She has worked in the aesthetic industry for a little over 10 years. Lexi's main goal is to make everyone feel confident in their skin, literally! She believes when one feels good about who they are they do good in the world.

In Lexi's spare time, you will find her in out on the boat enjoying time with her family and friends.

Lexi is blessed to have a career that empowers individuals everyday! She cannot wait to meet you and work towards your goals as a team.

DR. BRAD LEMKE
Following two decades of service at the Davis Duehr Eye Associates, along with teaching and research at the University of Wisconsin- Madison, Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. Dr. Lemke founded Lemke Facial Surgery in 2001. Dr. Lemke is a nationally recognized oculofacial plastic surgeon.
Dr. Lemke is annually elected into the Best Doctors in America. Dr. Lemke is a past president of his national medical society. Dr. Lemke has authored a book and has authored over 100 publications in medical literature. Many of Dr. Lemke’s past students are successful surgeons that work around the world. Dr. Lemke continues to perform innovative surgical techniques and procedures based off of continuous anatomic research.

KELLY LINDEN
Kelly has 30 years of experience in managing operations, and as a small company, we are grateful to have her on our team. She has managed over 500 people in the past, and you will often find Kelly working behind the scenes to ensure everything is running smoothly, stepping in upfront when needed. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her new granddaughter. She also has a passion for gardening. She has two incredibly daughters named Lexi and Ellen! Haha!
