Rescheduling Appointments

Please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any adjustments made within the 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a non-refundable $100 fee for your appointment time. If you have 2 (or more) appointments scheduled on the same day you will incur a non-refundable $100 fee per appointment rescheduled or canceled.  

15 minutes late to appt will consider no show.  Will have to reschedule and be charged a non-refundable $100 fee

No Show

​

If you are to no show your appointment you will be charged a non-refundable $100.  If you have (2 or more) appointments scheduled on the same day that you do not show up for, a non-refundable $100 fee per appointment will be charged to your card.

If you no show two consecutive appointments you will be charged the full amount of the service that was to be provided. (Botox/ Dysport will be charged at a flat rate of $400). Additionally, XEL Med Spa has the right to deny any further appointments.

We understand that life happens however it does take time and effort to refill our schedules and often times we are not able to do this on short notice. These appointments then go unused and are costly to our small business. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
