Ellen, received her education and specialty training in Palm Desert, CA,The premier cutting edge of skin care.  As soon Ellen started in the Aesthetics industry she knew she had found her true passion in life. Ellen decided to bring her expertise back to her hometown in the beautiful Midwest while also continuing her education. Ellen is committed to making her clients feel their true inner beauty.  Her goal is to provide a safe environment for her clients to gain confidence and leave feeling like "the best version of themselves".

LEXI

Aesthetic Nurse Injector
FNP, RN, BSN, CANS,

Lexi is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist focusing on rejuvenation of the skin through injectables and healthy skincare routines.  Lexi is a Wisconsin native and obtained her nursing license from Edgewood College in Madison. She has worked in the aesthetic industry for a little over 4 years.  Lexi's main goal is to make everyone feel confident in their skin, literally!  She believes when one feels good about who they are they do good in the world.  Currently Lexi is continuing her education part time at Concordia University where she is obtaining her Nurse Practitioner license. 

In Lexi's spare time, you will find her in out on the boat enjoying time with her family and friends.  

Lexi is blessed to have a career the empowers individuals everyday!  She cannot wait to meet you and work towards your goals as a team.

DR. BRAD LEMKE 

Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon 

Following two decades of service at the Davis Duehr Eye Associates, along with teaching and research at the University of Wisconsin- Madison, Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. Dr. Lemke founded Lemke Facial Surgery in 2001. Dr. Lemke is a nationally recognized oculofacial plastic surgeon.

Dr. Lemke is annually elected into the Best Doctors in America.  Dr. Lemke is a past president of his national medical society. Dr. Lemke has authored a book and has authored over 100 publications in medical literature. Many of Dr. Lemke’s past students are successful surgeons that work around the world. Dr. Lemke continues to perform innovative surgical techniques and procedures based off of continuous anatomic research.

 Lexi worked in Dr. Lemke’s office for years before coming to XEL Med Spa. He is so proud to be the Medical Director of XEL Med Spa and continue to train and watch Lexi and Ellen grow. 

KELLY LINDEN

Clinical Manager

Kelly has 30 years in managing operations as we're a small company, we're grateful to have her on our team has she managed over 500 people in the past. You will see Kelly working behind the scenes to make sure everything is flowing nicely and up front when needed. In Kellys free time she loves to spend time with her family, garden and enjoys working out and also she has two incredible daughters name Lexi and Ellen, haha!
