CANCELLATION POLICY


As our practice grows, we are implementing a cancellation policy to ensure all our clients are taken care of. 


If you have to reschedule your appointment, please do so prior to 24 hours of your appointment. This gives us time to work another client into that time slot off of our wait list. 


We also get that life happens. Below is our updated cancellation policy for things that happen out of our control. 


If you call within 24 hrs: $100 will be charged to your credit card. If you reschedule your appt within eight weeks of the original appointment, the $100 will be used as an account credit. If you cancel or do not show up on the second appt, that $100 is nonrefundable. 


*The credit can only be used for services.


No shows / no call before your appointment: $100 will be charged to your account and is nonrefundable.

If you do book on IG,FB or Email please call to put a CC on file to reserve your spot.
